Designed for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), this course equips them with the tools to successfully return to work. It covers topics such as understanding TBI, cognitive strategies, job accommodations, career planning, and support networks. The goal is to empower individuals with TBI to overcome challenges, regain confidence, and successfully reintegrate into the workforce.

Meant for those struggling with mental illness, explore the foundational history and theory behind CBT as a tool for various psychological conditions. Learners will understand how to cultivate cognitive flexibility as a means of transforming their relationship with their thoughts. The core principles and techniques employed in CBT will be discussed, along with the application of CBT in managing depression (including suicide prevention), anxiety, and personality disorders. 

Developed as an introductory budgeting course to equip employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage their finances effectively. Learners will become familiarized with budgeting basics, debt management, saving and investing, and financial planning for major life events.

This course explores the complexities and nuances of LGBTQ+ identities, challenging traditional notions of gender and sexuality. Learners will gain a deeper understanding of the diverse experiences and perspectives within the LGBTQ+ community.
